Please read these terms carefully before booking a lesson or using our website.
All driving lessons are delivered by qualified, VicRoads-accredited driving instructors employed by or contracted to Twinkle Driving School.
Lessons are individually tailored to each student's current ability, learning goals, and licence requirements — with the objective of helping the student obtain their Victorian driver's licence.
All lessons are conducted in an automatic, dual-control vehicle unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to booking.
Lesson duration is as booked (60, 90, or 120 minutes) and starts at the agreed pick-up time. Late arrival by the student will not extend the lesson beyond the scheduled end time.
All lesson times are arranged in advance by mutual agreement between the student and the instructor.
Pick-up and drop-off locations are confirmed at the time of booking. Students must be ready at the agreed pick-up point at the scheduled start time.
Twinkle Driving School will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred lesson times, however availability is subject to instructor schedules and cannot be guaranteed.
Payment for individual lessons is due on the day of the lesson, prior to commencement. Payment may be made by bank transfer or cash to the instructor.
The full package amount is payable in full at or before the first lesson by bank transfer or cash.
For students funded by an employment agency, NDIS plan manager, or other organisation, invoices are issued to the funding body directly. Payment terms are as stated on the invoice. Twinkle Driving School is not responsible for delays caused by the funding body's payment processes.

Twinkle Driving School is not currently registered for GST. All prices displayed are the total amount payable — no GST is applicable.
All lesson packages must be used within 6 months from the date of the first lesson. All lessons must be completed within this period.
Unused lessons remaining after the expiry date are forfeited and non-refundable, except where Twinkle Driving School is unable to fulfil the lessons due to circumstances within our control.
Package expiry may be extended at the sole discretion of Twinkle Driving School where exceptional circumstances apply — such as serious illness or injury. Requests must be made in writing before the expiry date.
Twinkle Driving School reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a lesson with reasonable notice provided via phone, SMS, or email. In such cases, no fee will be charged and the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
Twinkle Driving School primarily services the City of Melton region, including Melton, Melton South, Melton West, Bacchus Marsh, Maddingley, Kurunjang, Cobblebank, Caroline Springs, and surrounding suburbs.
Pick-up and drop-off within approximately 12km of Melton is included at no additional charge.
Lessons in suburbs outside this area may attract additional travel costs. Any travel surcharge will be confirmed with the student or funding body before the lesson is scheduled. No surprise charges will be applied.
VicRoads fees quoted by Twinkle Driving School are estimates only and are subject to change by VicRoads without notice.
Twinkle Driving School is not responsible for changes to VicRoads fees, drive test availability, or test centre scheduling.
Drive test bookings through VicRoads are the responsibility of the student unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A warm-up lesson before the drive test (where booked) is conducted on or near the actual VicRoads test route.
Twinkle Driving School delivers NDIS driving lessons under the registration of Twinkle Care (NDIS Registration ID: 4-K7LW5A9, ABN: 24 275 862 529), a fully registered NDIS provider under the JCT Family Trust.
NDIS participants must have driving lessons included in their current plan under Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living or Daily Activities. It is the responsibility of the participant or their support coordinator to confirm funding availability prior to booking.
For employment agency-funded students (such as those referred by CVGT Employment or similar), a formal quote or invoice will be issued to the agency. Lessons will only commence once written confirmation of funding is received.
Twinkle Driving School reserves the right to cease lessons if funding is withdrawn or payment is not received from the sponsoring organisation.
Students must hold a valid Victorian Learner Permit or licence appropriate to the lesson type booked. It is the student's responsibility to ensure their permit is current and valid.
Students must follow all safety directions given by the instructor at all times during the lesson. Failure to do so may result in the lesson being terminated without refund.
Twinkle Driving School accepts no responsibility for fines, penalties, demerit points, or costs arising from actions taken by the student during or after lessons.
Our vehicles are fully insured. However, Twinkle Driving School accepts no liability for personal belongings left in the vehicle or damage caused by the student's actions beyond the coverage of our vehicle insurance.
Twinkle Driving School collects personal information — including name, phone number, email address, and suburb — when you submit an enquiry or booking request through our website contact or booking forms.
