Twinkle Care — under the same ownership as Twinkle Driving School — is a fully registered NDIS provider under the JCT Family Trust. This means NDIS participants benefit from the full accountability and structure of a registered organisation, not simply a driving school that happens to accept NDIS clients.
Our driving lessons for NDIS participants are tailored, patient and structured around your specific support needs and goals — whether that's building independence, improving community access or working toward a full Victorian licence.
We adapt our vehicles with assistive devices — such as turn signal extenders — to support participants with physical disabilities.
As a registered NDIS provider, we can support participants on all plan types — Agency Managed, Plan Managed and Self Managed. Unregistered providers can only support Self Managed and some Plan Managed participants.
All NDIS invoicing complies with the NDIS Price Guide. Rates are reviewed in line with NDIS pricing updates. Please contact us for the most current rates.

We welcome Transport Accident Commission (TAC) clients returning to driving after injury. Our experienced instructors understand that returning to driving after a road accident requires patience, sensitivity and a structured approach.
We work alongside your TAC case manager to deliver a tailored driving rehabilitation program that prioritises your safety, wellbeing and independence at every step.
